About Three Point Optimal
Our Vision
The 3 point shot is the most important play in college basketball. Our vision at Three Point Optimal is to be the leading authority on 3 point shooting in college hoops. We can say this with full confidence because we know that the data is always right. Your experience is great, and you should use it to guide your coaching. But our goal is to add the information from 100's of Division I games to your experience, raising you coaching performance to the next level.
Our Approach
At Three Point Optimal, we take a collaborative and comprehensive approach to improving the 3 point shot performance of individuals and teams. Based on the analysis of 1000's of shots from 100's of games in the Big 10, Big 12 and ACC conferences we have developed a roadmap for the perfect 3 point shot. In addition, we have predictive models for assessing the 3 point mechanics of any team and a performance evaluation. This allows any team to assess their current state and how to get to their optimal performance.
